- VKM Textiles is not responsible for any delay or failure in payment processing caused by the payment gateway provider.
4. Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery timelines vary based on the customer’s location (typically 5–7 business days for most areas in India).
- Customers will be notified of tracking details upon shipment.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- It is not an innerwear or hygiene-sensitive product (these are non-returnable).
