Return & Replacement Policy

At Fashion Panda Nighties, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (women’s innerwear, apparel, and fashion items), we follow a strict return policy as outlined below.

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Product is damaged or defective
2. Wrong product received (wrong size or item)
3. Item is missing from the order

To qualify for return/replacement, the following must be provided:

• A clear unboxing video starting from package opening
• The complaint must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
• Items without unboxing video proof
• Change of mind after delivery
• Used, worn, or washed products
• Size issues where correct size was ordered and delivered

🔁 Replacement Process

If the issue is valid and supported by video proof:

1. We will replace the same product at no additional cost.
2. If the product is out of stock, we will:
   • Inform the customer promptly
   • Offer a refund or store credit (as per customer preference)

💰 Refund Timeline

If eligible for a refund:

• It will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as a credit voucher, based on mutual agreement

📩 How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request

• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Attached unboxing video
• Clear photos (if applicable)

🛡️ Important Notes

• Without video proof, we reserve the right to reject return/replacement claims.
• Courier or delivery damages must be recorded in the unboxing video.
• VKM Textiles reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time.
